Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at beth@mananaoutdoors.com.

Not vibing with your order? No worries

We appreciate that not everything can be for everyone, so you’ve got 14 days from the day your package lands to request a return or exchange. After that, we won’t be able to process your request, so don’t wait too long!

To get things off the ground, shoot us an email at support@mananaoutdoors.com and we’ll get back to you within 48-72 working hours with a return confirmation. Once you get the go-ahead from us, make sure the item gets back to us within 14 days. If it shows up late, we might have to send it back your way*

Terms & Conditions:

  • All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition - that means unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Please package everything securely to avoid damage during shipping.
  • We can’t take responsibility for items that get lost or damaged in the return process, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
  • Return postage costs are on you.
  • Your refund will cover just the item price - original shipping costs are not included.
  • US Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked - 

    All orders are shipped from the UK. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their country upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price, and we are not liable for any delays caused by customs.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
